Building Foxtrot was completed in 2019 with 1,200 square metres of fully let commercial and light industrial units and an associated 3 level car park.
All properties have been custom designed to suit the tenants’ requirements in fulfilment of ongoing Department of Defence contracts. Each property has been built to meet Defence industry security requirements.
The new 95 room Mercure Hotel opened in August 2015.
