Williamtown Aerospace Centre (WAC Holdings Pty Limited) has completed four buildings which are all fully leased in Technology Place. These buildings include custom facilities for Raytheon Australia, Lockheed Martin Australia, Nova Defence, Airbus, Bohemia Interactive Simulations, Viasat and Plexsys. Boeing Defence Australia has taken over the top floor of Building Delta with premises to accommodate 80 staff.
Building E was completed last year with 2,000 square metres of fully let commercial and light industrial units and an associated 2 level car park. The tenants include Milskil, Redarc Technologies, Dexata, University of Newcastle, Central Health Alliance and café.
The next Building on the campus, Building Foxtrot, is available for lease now. A two level 1,200m2 space that can be designed to suit commercial and light industrial or workshop or warehouse uses. The Ground floor has been partially leased to Martin-Baker Australia. A remaining 304m2 is available in its entirety or as a smaller bespoke tenancy. Level 1 has available 620m2 for lease that can be split into smaller areas as required as shown on the proposed layout in the downloadable Foxtrot Building For Lease brochure.
This two storey building is serviced by a lift, will be built to Defence Industry Security requirements and has access to Defence IT Networks (subject to Defence approval) with easily accessible multi deck car parking.
Building F, is a concrete and glass well insulated secure building that is as close to RAAF Base Williamtown as you can get without being on it!
All properties have been custom designed to suit the tenants’ requirements in fulfilment of ongoing Department of Defence contracts. Each property has been built to meet Defence industry security requirements.
