Aerospace Precinct
Sites are strategically located near BAE Systems fast jet facility servicing Defence Department Contracts, Jetstar Heavy Jet Maintenance and Engineering and RAAF Base boundary. Sites are generously sized from 5,000 to 40,000 to accommodate large aircraft hangars and will include access to the runway and apron. The Precinct will expand the capability of RAAF Base Williamtown as the premier Jet Fighter Training Facility and Australia’s largest operating air force base.
